How long will my order take to arrive?
An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. We usually dispatch the products within 1-2 working days. Products usually take 3-5 working days to reach you after the dispatch, depending on your order. We ship via Shiprocket. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.
I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?
We, at Justanned.in take immense pride in being lightening fast. The current logistics infrastructure in India today doesn't allow us to expedite further at this time.
